Refugees at risk of human trafficking

The world has been facing this problem for a long time now, the rampant human trafficking. Many influential people are controversially known to be involved, and even unexpected organizations where drawn to it. Haven’t you wonder why still it’s not been resolved but growing even more? Or these people are just heartless and after for what they could gain on this? Could you just allow the enemy to dismantle lives of the innocents?

The United Nations defines human trafficking as:

“The recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring or receipt of persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation.”https://sf-hrc.org/what-human-trafficking The 3 most common types of human trafficking are sex trafficking, forced labor, and debt bondage. Forced labor, also known as involuntary servitude, is the biggest sector of trafficking in the world, according to the U.S. Department of State.

In the on going conflict with Russia and Ukraine, many fled out from the latter country to escape. These Ukrainians and others believed there are Russian settlers in there also that are going to the borders by any ways possible. People are expected to be the pitiful casualties of any war. In this mass exodus, they are aiming to just get into any safe welcoming nearby countries. For those nowhere to go, they remain hopeful to have a kind hearted human to accept them. In this, many are in danger to be caught by this deception of human trafficking. Human trafficking is the unlawful act of transporting or coercing people in order to benefit from their work or service, typically in the form of forced labor or sexual exploitation. Every year, millions of men, women, and children are trafficked worldwide This goes with the problem of pedophilia as well as harvesting of human organs.

Romans 8:39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

It’s a heart breaking to see innocents fighting for their lives yet trapped to a more worst situations than the one they’re trying to escape. If the government failed to take it’s responsibility in protecting their people, will the freedom fighters could fight for these helpless citizens? God’s care is always on the least of all in this world, He never lost eyes on them! You maybe neglected, facing the greatest danger you’ve ever imagined but remember JESUS knows everything about you. Through Him the wicked will be punished and crushed at your sight. Endure the testing, victory surely awaits for you!

“There is no peace,” says the Lord, “for the wicked.” Isaiah 48:22 NIV
