What’s wrong with “modern wheat” grains? …A plant invasion

The world has been evolving so much but sometimes the necessary changes were unseen. When all around has been gone through modifications will those you’re taking inside you got defected too? With all these Gene Modifications in plants and Modern plant breeding, made these gift of nature susceptible to corruption. Plants could affect oneself. For one’s longevity of life defends on the goodness of what’s he’s taking inside of him. Haven’t you wonder if crops like grains were infiltrated by times of manipulations and cause toxicity on it?

“For Jehovah thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and springs, flowing forth in valleys and hills; a land of wheat and barley, and vines and fig-trees and pomegranates; a land of olive-trees and honey; a land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack anything in it; “Deuteronomy 8:7-9 ASV

ANCIENT GRAINS/ MODERN GRAINS:

Grain is the harvested seed of grasses such as wheat, oats, rice, and corn. Other important grains include sorghum, millet, rye, and barley. Ancient grains are often marketed as being more nutritious than modern grains, though their health benefits have been disputed by some nutritionists. The origin of grains goes back to the Neolithic Revolution about 10,000 years ago, when prehistoric communities started to make the transition from hunter-gatherer to farmer. MODERN VARIETIES OF GRAINS have been developed over time through mutation, selective cropping, breeding and research in biotechnology. ANCIENT GRAINS however, are said to be largely unchanged from their initial domesticated varieties. Various forms of archaeobotanical evidence, such as carbonized and semicarbonized grains, coprolites and imprints of grains, husks or spikelets on potsherds, have been found during excavations of Neolithic sites. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient_grains.

Ancient grains played a role in the spiritual life of several ancient civilizations, from the Aztecs to the Greeks and Egyptians. Quinoa was called the “mother of all grains” and considered sacred by the Inca people. Amaranth was likewise considered sacred by the Aztecs, and was used as part of a religious ceremony, its cultivation being banned by Spanish colonial authorities. Farro grains are mentioned in the Old Testament. The first reference to ancient grains as a health food was in Daily News (New York) in 1996. Since then the popularity of ancient grains as a food has increased.

The modern wheat grain we consume today is the product of thousands of years BREEDING AND MODIFICATIONS to create a grain more resistant to disease, heat, and drought. In fact, the difference between the ancient wheat grain and the modern grain can be clearly seen – the original wheat plant is much shorter and the kernels are much harder to pick off. These changes came about because the longer grain with kernels that were able to be separated through threshing was much easier to harvest. Breeding wheat so it became easier to harvest, more resistant, and lasted longer in storage was great for our survival, especially when resources were scarce, but these “IMPROVEMENTS”were not necessarily better for our health. In fact, modern wheat actually contains more gluten a Lectin than its older form, and research in the Scandinavian Journal of Gastroenterology demonstrated that the ancient grain einkorn, the known OLDEST VARIETY OF WHEAT DOES NOT HAVE THE SAME NEGATIVE EFFECTS ON INTESTINAL CELLS THAT MODERN WHEAT DOES. Unfortunately, the modern wheat grain triggers the same inflammatory response in our bodies. https://www.wholelifechallenge.com/the-problem-with-wheat

THE PROBLEM WITH WHEAT and INFLAMMATIONS:

Typical for most Westerner’s food have one thing in common — they are derived from wheat. Foods made from wheat, rice, oats, cornmeal, barley, or another cereal grain is a grain product. Bread, cakes, muffins, doughnuts, pasta, breakfast cereals, grits, and tortillas are examples of grain products. Foods such as popcorn, fries, rice, and oatmeal are also included in the Grains Group. Grains can be whole grains and refined grains. Some whole-grain examples are whole-wheat flour, bulgur (cracked wheat), oatmeal, and brown rice. Some examples of refined grain products are white flour, corn grits, white bread, and white rice.

What is wrong with wheat? What if you stick to the whole-grain products? The wheat grain itself, whether organic, whole grain, whole meal, or white, pretty much all has the same effect on the body. The bottom line: wheat is highly inflammatory. And since the average person is also consuming dairy and sugar on top of wheat, our diets on the whole are highly inflammatory, which is why so many people suffer unnecessarily from disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, eczema, asthma, arthritis, diabetes and allergies to name a few.

LECTIN: A TOXIC COMPONENT in GRAINS

To create a grains more resistant to disease, heat, and drought, is to consider Breeding WHEAT to make it easier to harvest, and lasted longer in storage was great but could it be a way for its gene alterations? By early Neolithic farming communities plant species were domesticated these include wheat, rye, oats, and barley, flax, peas, chickpeas, bitter vetch , lentils and legume. Could this be the start for Lectin as highly found in this crops?

The Problem With Lectins: They contain phytohaemagglutinin, a type of lectin that can CAN CAUSE RED BLOOD CELLS TO CLUMP TOGETHER. Lectins, or hemagglutinins, are an “anti-nutrient” that have received much attention due to popular media and fad diet books citing lectins as a major cause for obesity, chronic inflammation, diabetes and autoimmune diseases. They are found in all plants, but raw legumes (beans, lentils, peas, soybeans, peanuts), corn and WHOLE GRAINS LIKE WHEAT, Nightshade vegetables like tomatoes, eggplants, cucumbers and potatoes contain the highest amounts of lectins. Lectins evolved as a natural defense in plants. Essentially, they are toxins that deter insects and animals from eating them. While this is great for plants, it’s not always so great for humans. The same features that help lectins protect plants may cause digestive problems in humans. LECTINS ARE DEFINED AS PROTEINS THAT BIND TO CARBOHYDRATES. The same features that lectins use to defend plants in nature may cause PROBLEMS DURING HUMAN DIGESTION. They resist being broken down in the GUT and are STABLE IN ACIDIC ENVIRONMENTS, features that protect lectin-containing plants in nature. Lectins are carbohydrate-binding proteins that are highly specific for sugar groups. Lectins also mediate attachment and binding of bacteria, viruses, and fungi to their intended targets. Lectins may be powerful toxins such as ricin inside the body. https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/anti-nutrients/lectins/

LECTIN’S CONNECTION TO OTHER FOODS:

As people are raising Livestocks even poultry, and fishing industry the fact that they’re domesticated and raised for food or money they’ll go with economical feeds. Grain products are affordable and very useful to give. CORN And GRAINS are a CHEAP FEEDS for Chicken and PIGS and it does FATTEN them up quickly. SUGAR is also an oft-touted remedy when it comes to putting weight on pigs. Many farmers feed their pigs donuts, candies, molasses, and cane juice products to get them to put on weight rapidly. With this saying: “EATING LIKE PIGS” – make them supply all foods even giving grains with toxic inflammable Lectin to these pitiful animals. That’s a common insult to man who grab meat in their plates, transferring harmful Lectins in their own bodies. Unless it’s from a farm grown pastured animals you have a good and safe meat and chicken for sure.

Lectins are not your friends, and you need to block them from getting into your body. If you’re reading this you’re probably well aware that they can wreak havoc on your immune system and have been implicated in a variety of diseases–as well as weight gain. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could block them from entering your systems altogether? See a lists of how to do it here: 6 Natural Lectin Blockers (and How to Easily Get More of Them) and know what are those foods rich in Lectins here: The Lectin Avoidance Diet + Foods High & Low in Lectins – SelfHack and know Dr Gundry Lectin free diet here: https://gundrymd.com/lectin-free-diet/ and watch Dr. Gundry Lectin warnings here and his products: https://gutcleanseprotocol.com/221108a/video/video.

It appears in the beginning of Genesis, after Adam and Eve eat from the forbidden tree and God curses the land for Adam: “Thorns and thistles will it bring forth for you” (Genesis 3:18). The Bible refers to “thistles and prickles” as a symbol of desolation or wilderness. “Let thistles grow instead of wheat, And cockle instead of barley. The words of Job are ended.” Job 31:40. Sin corrupted the wonderful creation which was provided for man to thrive in this world. “And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.” Luke 15:16. The enemy has invaded all things going beyond your very treasured food. “Simon, Simon, behold, Satan asked to have you, that he might sift you as wheat:” Luke 22:31. Be ye responsible, and good stewards even in your own body. God is faithful to provide your needs, do your part!

“He maketh peace in thy borders; He filleth thee with the finest of the wheat”.Psalms 147:14
