Biblical Cosmology: Confirms a Flat Earth? (Part1)

The darkest period of history in a very long time and the brainwashing of the masses is the most diabolical tool a powerful system could do. If you start with a wrong PREMISE you end up with a wrong CONCLUSION. This truth is essential in the conflict on cosmological models between science and religion. Does the Bible promotes a specific cosmological model—the flat or round Earth? Haven’t you wonder what would be the effects of having it and accepting its confirmation model to your relationship with God the Creator?

ANCIENT COSMOLOGY:

For the first 4,000 years of our civilization, we believed that the earth was a flatish disk, surrounded by a solid dome barrier called the FIRMAMENT . All of the five major religions had their own version of this, and the early churches had that belief. Many ancient cultures subscribed to a flat-Earth cosmography. The idea of a spherical Earth appeared in ancient Greek philosophy with Pythagoras (6th century BC). However, most pre-Socratics (6th–5th century BC) retained the flat-Earth model. In the early 4th century BC, Plato wrote about a spherical Earth. By about 330 BC, his former student Aristotle had provided strong empirical evidence for a spherical Earth. Knowledge of the Earth’s global shape gradually began to spread beyond the Hellenistic world.

Prior to the introduction of Greek cosmology into the Islamic world, Muslims tended to view the Earth as flat, and Muslim traditionalists who rejected Greek philosophy continued to hold to this view later on while various theologians held opposing opinions.Beginning in the 10th century onwards, some Muslim traditionalists began to adopt the notion of a spherical Earth with the influence of Greek and Ptolemaic cosmology.

The Quran mentions that the Earth was “spread out,” the world as flat. Ming Dynasty in China -Chinese say: “The Earth is flat and square, and the sky is a round canopy; they did not succeed in conceiving the possibility of the antipodes.” In the 17th century, the idea of a spherical Earth spread in China due to the influence of the Jesuits, who held high positions as astronomers at the imperial court. Main article: Myth of the flat Earth. In the 19th century, there’s arose which held that the predominant cosmological doctrine during the Middle Ages was that the Earth was flat. An early proponent of this myth was the American writer Washington Irving, who maintained that Christopher Columbus had to overcome the opposition of churchmen to gain sponsorship for his exploration and yet he failed to proved the earth is spherical. In 1956, Samuel Shenton set up the International Flat Earth Research Society, better known as the “Flat Earth Society” from Dover, England.

By the early period of the Christian Church, the spherical view was widely held, with some notable exceptions. It is a historical myth that medieval Europeans generally thought the Earth was flat. The ancient Norse and Germanic peoples believed in a flat-Earth cosmography with the Earth surrounded by an ocean. The Norse creation account states that during the creation of the Earth, an impassable sea was placed around it. Pythagoras in the 6th century BC and Parmenides in the 5th century BC stated that the Earth is spherical, and this view spread rapidly in the Greek world. During the early period of the Christian Church, the spherical view continued to be widely held, with some notable exceptions. Around 1514 a man named COPERNICUS created a new round globe model of the world .

BIBLICAL COSMOLOGY:

“The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament showeth his handiwork.” Psalms 19:1 ASV

1. The FIRMAMENT and WATERS: Gen.1:6-7 , Psalms 148:4 , Isaiah 40:22

And God said, “Let there be a vault ( firmament) between the waters to separate water from water.” 7 So God made the vault and separated the water under the vault from the water above it. And it was so. 8 God called the vault “sky.” And there was evening, and there was morning the second day”. Genesis 1:6-8 NIV

There is a proper order of creation which is contrary to the atheists theories. A VAULT (FIRMAMENT) which divides the waters from the waters. In biblical cosmology, the firmament is the vast solid dome created by God during his creation of the world to divide the primal sea into upper and lower portions so that the dry land could appear. This most likely explains of a FLAT EARTH , which waters were under and above a vault, contrary to the atheist theory of the ROUND BALL EARTH moving in the solar system.

2. A CIRCULAR FACE with ENDS: Job 28:24, Genesis 6:1, Proverbs 8:27.

The Face of the Earth as circular and has an ends with the four corners: East,West, North and South, not a spinning ball without ends:

“For he looketh to the ENDS OF THE EARTH, And seeth under the whole heaven;” Job 28:24 ASV

“When he established the heavens, I was there: When he set a circle(CIRCULAR ) upon the FACE of the deep,”. Proverbs 8:27 ASV

3. FIXED upon FOUNDATIONS and PILLARS: Psalms 96:10, Job 38:4, 1Samuel 2:8, Job38:6, Psalms24:2, Job26:7, Job 26:11.

Scriptural references such as Revelation 7:1 are cited, which speaks of “four angels standing at the four corners of the earth.” Critics also point to Psalm 75:3, which says God holds “the pillars” of the earth is FIRM, FIXED AND NOT MOVING, NOT SPINNING. Other passages they claim teach a flat earth are Deuteronomy 13:7; Job 28:24; Psalm 48:10; and Proverbs 30:4; all of which reference the “ends” of the earth.

“Where wast thou when I laid the FOUNDATIONS OF THE EARTH? Declare, if thou hast understanding. Whereupon were the foundations thereof fastened? Or who laid the corner-stone thereof,” Job 38:4, 6 ASV

“Say among the nations, Jehovah reigneth: The WORLD also is established that it CANNOT BE MOVED (FIXED): He will judge the peoples with equity.” Psalms 96:10 ASV

“He stretcheth out the north over empty space, And hangeth the EARTH upon NOTHING. The PILLARS of heaven tremble And are astonished at his rebuke.” Job 26:7, 11 ASV

“… For the PILLARS of the EARTH are Jehovah’s, And he hath set the world upon them.” 1 Samuel 2:8 ASV

4. The DIVINE DWELLING: Ezekiel 1:26, Psalms 104:3, Psalms 29:10, Psalms 102:19, Isaiah 40:22.

There’s a God Creator who is enthroned in His dwelling above, who is mindful to inhabitants below the earth the center of His creation.

“For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; From heaven did Jehovah behold the earth;” Psalms 102:19 ASV

“It is he that sitteth above the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in;” Isaiah 40:22 ASV

“And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone; and upon the likeness of the throne was a likeness as the appearance of a man..” Ezekiel 1:26

5. GEOCENTRIC not HELIOCENTRIC: Genesis 1:14-15-19, Joshua 10:13, Psalms19:5, Ecclesiastes 1:5.

THE EARTH IS THE CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE, it’s not moving . In biblical cosmology, the FIRMAMENT is the vast solid dome created by God during the Genesis creation narrative to divide the primal sea into upper and lower portions so that the dry land could appear. The sun is not the center but it’s moving.The accepted astronomical model of the solar system with the planets are not mentioned in the Bible. There’s no rotation and evolution of the earth around the solar system because the earth is fixed. The verse below allows God to let the sun and moon to stop moving for Joshua’s favor, so it confirmed their movements…

“And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, Until the nation had avenged themselves of their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jashar? And the sun stayed in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.”Joshua 10:13 ASV

“The SUN also ariseth, and the SUN goeth down, and hasteth to its PLACE where it ariseth.” Ecclesiastes 1:5 ASV

The FLAT STEADY EARTH NOT A ROUND SPINNING EARTH:

“That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, And the wicked be shaken out of it? It is changed as clay under the seal; And all things stand forth as a garment:”Job 38:13-14 ASV

… It’s about proving the Flat Earth, but more importantly, it’s about disproving the globe. Note if your flying in a round earth the airplane needs to TILT a little bit in order to go around what the atheists claimed as the CURVATURE OF THE ROUND EARTH, but the plane is totally LEVELED (we’re most pilots claim). If earth is round how is ocean waters staying on earth rather than slipping into space? Even ships cannot sail on a CURVED WATERS.

… For the atheists the earth is round and spinning ball of a thousand miles per hour in the equator. It revolves around the sun with the orbits as in the solar system. For them we all are going around the “sun”, it’s the center of the universe which confirms the PAGAN SUN WORSHIP, eliminating the presence of God and His dwelling. The Bible very clearly states that the earth is STILL and it MOVES NOT but the sun is moving: arising and going down (Ecclesiastes 1:5). The Bible reveals the opposite it is the sun, and the moon that revolve and everything in the heavens are above and around the earth (firmament). The earth is at the center of the universe.

… No one really understands GRAVITY. We know how Gravity works, but we don’t actually know what’s that actually is so, an honest answer to your question is: it’s a “ SPACE MAGIC.” Anyone just believes it’s there, because if it wasn’t, we’d all fly out into space. Isaac Newton an occultist, alchemist, Jesuits and pre masonry, created “gravity”. Would you believe this “gravitron” a magical imaginary force that holds everything to keep all from chaos movement as the earth spins or circling around the sun? This eliminates the powerful force that connects you to the Creator.

If you believe the earth is the center of the universe that means the earth is something special and everyone living on earth are special . There’s a confirmation of a possible God-man relationship. Man is the center of God’s creation, this makes Science discredits the Bible cosmology and trying to erase God in universe that He had created. This is the Flat Earth, a FIRMAMENT OR VAULT built in which made the world as easy to understand, more intimate, and very deliberate. A vault like “giant planetarium”, built by somebody someone better than us and so much powerful . It didn’t just happen, it was built, and more importantly created for you by a God Creator. Open your eyes, wake up! Discern! Pray! Do not be deceived! He’s been in control!
