By The time you are in has huge influence in your life. It also matters whose entity controls your present situation. As the pressure increases from this world, it brings stress with it. From studying people closely, psychologists know that those who face frequent, stressful hardship become apathetic. In other words, anyone reaches the point where finally he just rolls over, plays dead, and says, “Who cares?” They enjoyed going with the flow of the times, not knowing the spirit of it enslaved them already.
Does anyone have the list of dangerous “black ops”, the globalist will be throwing at us in broad daylight and then tell us they didn’t do it? The world is in a state of “ZEITGEIST” with every attempt to control the mind and erase all truth and replace that with demonic programming of wickedness. Zeitgeist is a word that comes straight from German —ZEIT means “time” and —GEIST means “spirit”, and the “spirit of the time” is what’s going on culturally, religiously, socially, politically or intellectually during a certain period. This spirit is evil spirit, that’s roaming to find whom he would devour and enslave to. Those who lead the spirit pack are filled with pride and self-wisdom, led by whispers from evil spirits from the dark realm we cannot see that belong to Mammon and the fallen rulers of this world. When you look at the Zeitgeist (evil spirit) mind control, you will see the most horrific mocking of God one could imagine. They infiltrate in many forms usually in entertainment, social medias and shows they have made to deceive the world.
“Zeitgeist is the spirit of the time. It is the moral and the intellectual tendencies of a given era. The etymology of the word, derives from the German ‘zeit’ meaning ‘time’ and ‘geist’ meaning ‘spirit’, ‘ghost’, so it literally means ‘the spirit of the time’. It is the school of thought, which typifies and influences the culture of a particular period in time. “So, it could portray everything of a given era, like culture, technology, globalization, the boom of new media, modern politics, international relations, global warming, mobbing, modern social problems and so on.”
“In 18th- and 19th-century German philosophy, the term zeitgeist (capitalized in German; German pronunciation: [ˈtsaɪtɡaɪst] refers to the “spirit of the age”. It represents an invisible agent, force, or daemon that dominates the characteristics of a given epoch in world history. This concept suggests that each historical period possesses a collective mentality, shaped by factors such as historical events, technological advances, social changes, and cultural shifts. Essentially, the zeitgeist captures the prevailing ideas, attitudes, and cultural norms that define a specific moment in time.”
What the Bible says about Zeitgeist:
1. “Then also those who have fallen asleep in Messiah have perished.” (1 Corinthians) 15:18 . Luke 21: 34-36. “take heed to yourselves” and “watch . . . and pray always”—is absolutely essential.
The church did not literally go to sleep, but it was ASLEEP SPIRITUALLY. Here is what “sleep” indicates metaphorically: When we are asleep, what are we paying attention to nothing. If we are in a sound sleep, our minds are “dead to the world.” We are not aware of anything that is going on, even of the passage of time.“We may have a dream or two, but that does not count. Usually, we pay such little attention when we wake up in the morning that we fail to remember what we dreamed, unless it is especially vivid. Still, the idea is this: that sleep indicates insensitivity to responsibility. If we were awake, we would pay attention to our responsibilities. We would do our work around the house or go earn our money at the office. But if we are asleep, we are insensitive to what is happening around us.”
That is what occurred to the church. It was not literally asleep, but it became insensitive to its relationship with Jesus Christ. It became insensitive to its spiritual responsibilities. Insensitive to the enslavements of the spirit of the times in this world. This do not mean that church members were out freely breaking the laws of God, but the relationship was still nonetheless deteriorating because of that lack of ATTENTION, AWARENESS and DISCERNMENT. A large portion of the church will be lulled into worldliness through being more concerned with life, self-centered, secular pursuits, self gain and happiness than with the spiritual work of God.
2. Ephesians 2:1-2 “And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Wherein in time past ye walked according to the COURSE of this WORLD, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience.”
In Ephesians 2:2, Paul writes of “the course of this world.” The Greek word, “KOSMOS” translated into the English word “world,” essentially means an “orderly system.” To human eyes beholding all the activity throughout the earth, the world looks anything but orderly. “The COURSE of this WORLD” is the ZEITGEIST —the spirit of the times. That spirit is not always exactly the same. From age to age it is somewhat different. The spirit that was in the world back in the 30s, 40s, and 50s is different from the spirit in the world now. Beginning in the 60s, by comparison to what was back then, there has been a gradual intensifying of anger and hostility.
The Bible uses spirit to designate an invisible, immaterial, powerful influence whose characteristics are absorbed and then exhibited in the attitudes and conduct of the general population of a given people. “COURSE” is an influence of which we can be much more aware. We can compare it to a PATH, RIVERBED or HIGHWAY suggesting a way by which or in which something flows. It is a means to an end, a result, which may be a destination or an action. COURSE, under the heading “tendency” in Roget’s International Thesaurus, has synonyms such as “thoughts,” “disposition,” “character,” “nature,” “makeup,” “bent,” “slant,” “frame of mind,” “attitude,” “inclination,” “drift,” “mindset,” and “perspective.”
“But the Spirit distinctly says that in latter times some shall fall away from the belief, paying attention to misleading spirits, and teachings of demons,” 1 Timothy 4:1
It is helpful to understand “the COURSE OF THIS WORLD” by rephrasing it as “the DISPOSITION if this world,” “the CHARACTER of this world,” “the NATURE of this world,” or “the MAKE UP [mindset, attitude, perspective, etc.] of this world.” Apostle Paul’s usage of this word, “COURSE” is the whole mass of elements that encompass the conduct and attitudes of the times, the ZEITGEIST. It would not be the same all over the world because its expression in people would differ depending upon many factors. However, in Paul’s writings, its elements will invariably be carnal and evil because the spiritual source, “Satan” is always evil.
All of us have walked, been deceived according to this spirit. All might have had and still enslaved by this spirit. All of us have resembled in attitude the Beast of Revelation. It has been impossible for us to avoid taking it on in its spiritual form. Some of us more; some of us less. Are you contributing to the intensity of the “zeitgeist” spirit in this world by adoring and glorifying their works? The amount or the intensity of that spirit in us largely depends upon the family atmosphere one grew up in and the crowd we chose to run with. This is why parents are a child’s the best protection from Satan and his destructive spirit. This is why you need the CLEANSING OF JESUS’ BLOOD AND INFILLING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT to fight the Zeitgeist. I call it Spiritual Warfare between good and evil! Satan and his evil spirit possessed offspring against God and His children. Don’t be deceived and enslaved by zeitgeist. Wake up! Discern! Pray! The war is on and God wins! It is written!
