The Holy Book of Enoch: A Concealed Truth.

Truth is something that would reveal greater things which sometimes hard to fathom. It’s exposure hurts the hearts of one consumed by sin. In their revenge they conceal the truths and bind it deeper for anyone not to know. Mysterious books written long ago convey truths in itself. Only when finite men declare their authenticity with their own powers all will be concealed. Haven’t you wonder what made them declare the book of Enoch as not divinely inspired? Would they falsify the testimony of Enoch?

The Book of Enoch is an ancient Hebrew apocalyptic religious text, ascribed by tradition to Enoch, the great-grandfather of Noah. Enoch were preserved among the Dead Sea Scrolls. It is not part of the biblical canon used by Jews, apart from Beta Israel (Ethiopian Jews). While the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church and Eritrean Orthodox Tewahedo Church consider the Book of Enoch as canonical, other Christian groups regard it as non-canonical or non-inspired, but may accept it as having some historical or theological interest. It’s included in the Septuagint and Vulgate but excluded from the Jewish and Protestant canons of the Old Testament. The book of Enoch is made up of five books : the book of Watchers, the Book of Parables , Astronomical Books, the Dream Vision and the Epistles of Enoch. Find the truth by dissecting with prayer the verses of it. The following details of the “Holy Book of Enoch” is taken from here: The Book of Enoch, Section I.

Enoch opened up the book with proclaiming blessings to the elect is something that a writer is concerned with the righteous well being upon seeing the coming tribulations and the event removal of the wicked. Enoch is a RIGHTEOUS MAN and once God opened his eyes nothing can hinder him to see what God wants to reveal on him. He then proceeded in the following verses proclaiming the power of God. A psalms declaring the differences of the righteous and the ungodly; their rewards and punishments. The chapter 2- 5 are precise and here Enoch described the divinely ORDER of the creation of Earth. He described the wondrous creations: For him the CREATION ACCOMPLISHED it all and CHANGED NOT their tasks from what GOD has INTENDED for them.

THE WATCHERS

Enoch Chapter 6: 1 And it came to pass when the children of men had multiplied that in those days were born unto 2 them beautiful and comely daughters. And the angels, the children of the heaven, saw and lusted after them, and said to one another: ‘Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men 3 and beget us children.’ And Semjaza, who was their leader, said unto them: ‘I fear ye will not 4 indeed agree to do this deed, and I alone shall have to pay the penalty of a great sin.’ And they all answered him and said: ‘Let us all swear an oath, and all bind ourselves by mutual imprecations 5 not to abandon this plan but to do this thing.’ Then sware they all together and bound themselves 6 by mutual imprecations upon it. And they were in all two hundred; who descended in the days of Jared on the summit of Mount Hermon, and they called it Mount Hermon, because they had sworn 7 and bound themselves by mutual imprecations upon it. And these are the names of their leaders: Samlazaz, their leader, Araklba, Rameel, Kokablel, Tamlel, Ramlel, Danel, Ezeqeel, Baraqijal, 8 Asael, Armaros, Batarel, Ananel, Zaqiel, Samsapeel, Satarel, Turel, Jomjael, Sariel. Chapter 6: 1-2 of Enoch is paralleled to Genesis 6:1-2 here:

“And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the ground, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all that they chose.” Genesis 6:1-2 ASV

Enoch termed the WATCHERS as 1.ANGELS also and as the 2. CHILDREN OF THE HEAVEN while in Genesis they’re called the SONS OF GOD. The “angels” 200 of them made a mutual oath to violate God’s command they bind themselves together in committing blasphemous sin by indulging to fornication and lusted with the daughters of men. This rebellious act of the angels was also confirmed by the book of Jude in the New Testaments:

“And angels that kept not their own principality, but left their proper habitation, he hath kept in everlasting bonds under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.” Jude 1:6 ASV

THE NEPHILIMS: GIANTS

Enoch Chapter 7: 1 And all the others together with them took unto themselves wives, and each chose for himself one, and they began to go in unto them and to defile themselves with them, and they taught them charms 2 and enchantments, and the cutting of roots, and made them acquainted with plants. And they 3 became pregnant, and they bare great giants, whose height was three thousand ells: Who consumed 4 all the acquisitions of men. And when men could no longer sustain them, the giants turned against 5 them and devoured mankind. And they began to sin against birds, and beasts, and reptiles, and 6 fish, and to devour one another’s flesh, and drink the blood. Then the earth laid accusation against the lawless ones

Verse3 of Enoch is in parallel to Genesis 6: 4:

“The Nephilim were in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them: the same were the mighty men that were of old, the men of renown.” Genesis 6:4 ASV

In Genesis the Nephilims “Giants” were existing already while in Enoch they’re the offspring of the interbreeding between the watchers “angels” and daughters of men. For Genesis their offspring were acclaimed and called as great men. Both references were a proofs in the existence of the Giants as living on Earth with human kind before the flood. The book of Numbers also acclaimed the present of the Nephilims “Giants” as reported by Caleb to Moses when he was told to spy the land of Canaan and also testified that they are devouring humans. Even David had fought the giant Goliath. Does this mean they didn’t all perished during the flood?

“And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had spied out unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to spy it out, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of great stature. And there we saw the Nephilim, the sons of Anak, who come of the Nephilim: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.” Numbers 13:32-33 ASV

THE SKILLS; the WATCHERS TAUGHT TO MEN:

Enoch Chapter 8: 1 And Azazel taught men to make swords, and knives, and shields, and breastplates, and made known to them the metals of the earth and the art of working them, and bracelets, and ornaments, and the use of antimony, and the beautifying of the eyelids, and all kinds of costly stones, and all 2 colouring tinctures. And there arose much godlessness, and they committed fornication, and they 3 were led astray, and became corrupt in all their ways. Semjaza taught enchantments, and root-cuttings, ‘Armaros the resolving of enchantments, Baraqijal (taught) astrology, Kokabel the constellations, Ezeqeel the knowledge of the clouds, Araqiel the signs of the earth, Shamsiel the signs of the sun, and Sariel the course of the moon. And as men perished, they cried, and their cry went up to heaven.

Enoch Chapter 69: The name of the first Jeqon: that is, the one who led astray [all] the sons of God, and brought them 5 down to the earth, and led them astray through the daughters of men. And the second was named Asbeel: he imparted to the holy sons of God evil counsel, and led them astray so that they defiled 6 their bodies with the daughters of men. And the third was named Gadreel: he it is who showed the children of men all the blows of death, and he led astray Eve, and showed [the weapons of death to the sons of men] the shield and the coat of mail, and the sword for battle, and all the weapons 7 of death to the children of men… And the fourth was named Penemue: he taught the 9 children of men the bitter and the sweet, and he taught them all the secrets of their wisdom. And he instructed mankind in writing with ink and paper, and thereby many sinned from eternity to 10 eternity and until this day. For men were not created for such a purpose, to give confirmation 11 to their good faith with pen and ink… And the fifth was named Kasdeja: this is he who showed the children of men all the wicked smitings of spirits and demons, and the smitings of the embryo in the womb, that it may pass away, and [the smitings of the soul] the bites of the serpent, and the smitings.

The book of Enoch described the process which the Watchers were providing humans with advanced knowledge and technology. They teach humans meteorology, mining, science, and medicine how to read and write, how to read the stars, they teach humans to wear cosmetics and made jewelries and teach the secret of the art of war. All these technological advancement were existing all throughout the Ancient Civilization. Enoch 8:1-3. And their arose much ungodliness, they commit fornications, killings, abortions, and humans were led astray, became corrupt in all their ways.

THE EVIL SPIRITS:

The origin of the EVIL SPIRIT as explained by Enoch here and they are assuming in many different forms. Could these evil spirits all been destroyed by the flood? If they are spirits and can assumed in different forms maybe not and still subduing humans to lay out and finish their plan of complete rebellion against God.

Enoch Chapter 15: 1 And He answered and said to me, and I heard His voice: ‘Fear not, Enoch, thou righteous 2 man and scribe of righteousness: approach hither and hear my voice. And go, say to the Watchers of heaven, who have sent thee to intercede for them: “You should intercede” for men, and not men 3 for you: Wherefore have ye left the high, holy, and eternal heaven, and lain with women, and defiled yourselves with the daughters of men and taken to yourselves wives, and done like the children 4 of earth, and begotten giants (as your) sons? And though ye were holy, spiritual, living the eternal life, you have defiled yourselves with the blood of women, and have begotten (children) with the blood of flesh, and, as the children of men, have lusted after flesh and blood as those also do who die 5 and perish. Therefore have I given them wives also that they might impregnate them, and beget 6 children by them, that thus nothing might be wanting to them on earth. But you were formerly 7 spiritual, living the eternal life, and immortal for all generations of the world. And therefore I have not appointed wives for you; for as for the spiritual ones of the heaven, in heaven is their dwelling. 8 And now, the giants, who are PRODUCED from the SPIRITS and FLESH , shall be called EVIL SPIRITS upon 9 the earth, and on the EARTH shall be THEIR DWELLINGS. Evil spirits have proceeded from their bodies; because they are BORN from MEN and from the HOLY WATCHERS is their beginning and primal origin; 10 they shall be EVIL SPIRITS on earth, and evil spirits shall THEY BE CALLED . [As for the spirits of heaven, in heaven shall be their dwelling, but as for the spirits of the earth which were born upon the earth, on the earth shall be their dwelling.] And the spirits of the giants afflict, oppress, destroy, attack, do battle, and work destruction on the earth, and cause trouble: they take no food, but nevertheless 12 hunger and thirst, and cause offences. And these spirits shall rise up against the children of men and against the women, because they have proceeded from them.

Chapter 19: 1 And Uriel said to me: ‘Here shall stand the angels who have connected themselves with women, and their SPIRITS ASSUMING MANY DIFFERENT FORMS are defiling mankind and shall lead them astray into sacrificing to demons as gods, (here shall they stand,) till the day of the great judgement in 2 which they shall be judged till they are made an end of. And the women also of the angels who 3 went astray shall become sirens.’ And I, Enoch, alone saw the vision, the ends of all things: and no man shall see as I have seen

THE PETITION , ENOCH INTERMEDIATE :

Chapter 9: 1 And then Michael, Uriel, Raphael, and Gabriel looked down from heaven and saw much blood being 2 shed upon the earth, and all lawlessness being wrought upon the earth. And they said one to another: ‘The earth made without inhabitant cries the voice of their cryingst up to the gates of heaven.

The proceeding chapters 9-36 relate the appeal of the people, petitioning the heavens for help in their miseries caused by the Watchers interbreeding. Enoch journey between heaven and earth goes with his role as INTERMEDIARY INTERCEDING with the rebellious Watchers, shows how he flew with the angels and saw the rivers and mountains and the very ends of the earth from above (described in most of his writings). Despite Enoch’s intervention the wickedness of the people is so much that God decided the earth must be punished with great flood this floods will destroy the Nephilims and cement the watchers in their prisons. God protect his life in this course of work as Intermediary between angels and humans…

Chapter 12: 1 Before these things Enoch was hidden, and no one of the children of men knew where he was 2 hidden, and where he abode, and what had become of him. And his activities had to do with the Watchers, and his days were with the holy ones.

THE BEAST OF THE SEA AND LAND: As referred to by Job and prophesied in Revelation.

Enoch 59:7 And on that day were two monsters parted, a female monster named LEVIATHAN , to dwell in the 8 abysses of the ocean over the fountains of the waters. But the male is named BEHEMOTH, who occupied with his breast a waste wilderness named Duidain, on the east of the garden where the elect and righteous dwell, where my grandfather was taken up, the seventh from Adam, the first 9 man whom the Lord of Spirits created. And I besought the other angel that he should show me the might of those monsters, how they were parted on one day and cast, the one into the abysses 10 of the sea, and the other unto the dry land of the wilderness.

HEAVENLY LUMINARIES, DREAMS AND VISION:

Chapter 72: 1 The book of the courses of the luminaries of the heaven, the relations of each, according to their classes, their dominion and their seasons, according to their names and places of origin, and according to their months, which Uriel, the holy angel, who was with me, who is their guide, showed me; and he showed me all their laws exactly as they are, and how it is with regard to all the years of the world 2 and unto eternity.

Chapter 83: 1 And now, my son Methuselah, I will show thee all my visions which I have seen, recounting 2 them before thee

The Book of Enoch explained wonderfully and precisely the Heavenly Luminaries and shared his amazing dreams and vision to his son METHUSELAH (has survived in legend and tradition as the longest-lived human). In the last chapters the book it powerfully end with Exhortation and Promised Blessing for the Righteous and of Malediction and Woe for the Sinners. Enoch’s reference to the fiery fate that awaits the wicked on that day is the earliest written reference to what Jesus calls “the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels” (Matt. 25:41).

“For if God spared not angels when they sinned, but cast them down to hell, and committed them to pits of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; and spared not the ancient world, but preserved Noah with seven others, a preacher of righteousness, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly;” 2 Peter 2:4-5 ASV.

CONCLUSION:

The Holy Book of Enoch is an “a·poc·ry·phal” book included in the Septuagint and Vulgate but excluded from the Jewish and Catholic-Protestant canons of the Old Testament of doubtful authenticity? although widely circulated as being true. Why is the book of Enoch not part of the Bible? As the Christian grew After the death of Jesus Christ, the canonization in the 4th century took place. The council of Nicaea, emperor Constantine and other hierarchy church authorities shifted the canon to their own secret agenda which is not historically accurate. This council did not determined the official Christian Canon. High ranking member church officials did pick what to include in an official Biblical canon . The book of Enoch as influential and vital was decidedly be left out. Perhaps because it has stated the existence of rebellious, undesirable beings? Who are they to decide what’s to be canonized when the book of Enoch is clearly been a Divinely Inspired message.

Though the book of Enoch was omitted in the established christian canon the Bible does numerous references to it. The book of Enoch was an inspiration for the book of Genesis due to their many parallel and overlapping stories. References in Genesis and Numbers of the Nephilims. Genesis recounted Enoch lineage the book of Hebrews described how God had taken Enoch away. Jude contain an entire paragraph transcribed from the book of Enoch Corinthians 11:5-6 women cover their face direct references to the watchers are attracted to women with long hair. Enoch as the 7th patriarch of the Bible keeps appearing in the traditions of the ancients Greeks, Egyptians, Babylonians and Sumerians. The book was believed, followed and greatly influenced the ancient civilization as evident even today.

Nothing can hinder the message of truth from one whom God consider to be Righteous and WELL PLEASING. And whose the Only Man which God took to heaven and never experience death. Many believed that upon his ascension to heaven Enoch was transformed into one of the angels in heaven. Let your eyes see , your ears hear what the Lord wants you to know. Discern! Pray!

“And to these also Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of his holy ones, to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have ungodly wrought, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.”Jude 1: 14-15
