When is love becomes a mistake?

There are things that you enjoy and treasure because they make you happy. It brightens your days and lightens any loads you’re taking. It takes a very long time before you realize it’s all just a fantasy. This mysterious thing called “love” shuffles your life. When is love becomes a mistake? Is there a way out when trapped?

After spending time collecting and reading answers from friends about this topic, I’ve found out they all have common ideas. Yes, you can be sure if love is genuine if it’s in accordance with God’s will. He alone can give unequal standards of love. Love is very mysterious and powerful. Here we’ll dissect how this beautiful thing can be a mistake in your life.

When love is compromised everything about it is affected and that could make it a mistake. Yes, we know everything about love is good and beautiful. Nothing bad about love for it’s design to bring color and happiness to everyone. Yet, once love is compromised everything shattered. To compromised is bargaining the goodness of love to what might be considered as wrong. By accepting standard that is lower than the desirable one. Trading off love towards others in exchange on what’s essential to the Lord than to a trespassing sinful acts in His sight.

Love becomes a mistake once compromised. Justifying your selfish desires though it contradicts the mandates of God’s love. In this, you tend to follow the selfish motive of the heart even accepting the sinful acts that goes with it. When love is compromised, relationship suffers. Compromise is commonly understood as giving up something in order to reach a place of understanding with your partner. No two people are the same. At same point in your relationship both will have a different approach, opinion, wants or wish. This is the down side of compromising.

In this end times:

Timothy 3:1-4 gives us a clear picture of the state of the world before Jesus comes again and most likely also describes the condition of love in this world. The verse says: “But mark this: there will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.”

Love now a days; has been compromised in order to gain power, to uplift oneself and to immerse with fleshy pleasures. The heart becomes a battle ground of satan to invade humanity. Inflicting strifes, fear, hatred and immorality to cause confusions and divisions. Every relationship suffers and destroyed. From parents to children, husband and wives, friends and families, Everyone’s love is weaken by sin.

“And He said unto him, thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. and a second like unto it is this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” Matthew 22: 37-39

In these passages, we are mandated to love God with our whole being: all of thy heart, mind and soul in order too manifest this love towards loving others. God’s love will overflow and leads your heart in loving someone truthfully and genuinely.

Love should never be a mistake once His love is fully anchored in your heart. For it will allow endurance to linger in your relationship for every sufferings you’ve encountered. Gives hope to lasts in every ups and downs that weakens your heart. Allows peace to resides whenever troubles and fears strike both hearts. Most of all gives proper directions and decisions to weigh things and gives you heavenly discernment on what to do when the evil powers try to invade your relationship.

Remember this: Jesus sets an example for all to see that love conquers death and even defeated the evil powers. Greed, fornication, adultery, and any forms of sins are powerless in a union of hearts where Jesus had occupied. Love could never be a mistake in this: you love because He first loved you.
